By accessing Sridix Technology LLP software, you enter into a binding agreement to utilize our services for legal business operations only. Any use for illicit financial activities will result in immediate termination.

All source code, UI patterns, and architectural designs of the Nexus platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sridix Technology LLP. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

We aim for 99.9% availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Sridix is not liable for data loss occurring due to user-side network instability or credential sharing.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your contract. Termination requires 30 days written notice. Post-termination, your data will be retained for 60 days before permanent secure deletion.
